Shipping policy

FOLLOW is a print-on-demand Christian apparel shop based in the United States. Orders are fulfilled by Printful. Items are made to order. Payments run through Shopify Payments.

Processing

Your order is not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Printful prints or embroiders it after you check out. Production usually takes a few business days before the order ships. Busy seasons can take longer.

Delivery

Once Printful ships your order, you will get a tracking number by email. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you chose at checkout and the carrier.

We ship to addresses Printful supports. If an address cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you through the Contact page at FollowApparel.com or cancel and refund that order.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Rates depend on destination, package size, and the methods available for your order.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package is lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date if it never arrives). Use the Contact page at FollowApparel.com. Include your order number and, for damage, a clear photo.

We will work with Printful and the carrier. When the claim is valid, we will reprint or refund as described in our Refund policy.

International orders

If international shipping is offered at checkout, customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless the checkout page says otherwise.
